Trust Reporting

We have twenty years of experience serving individual and corporate trustees in reporting operations of trusts. Missouri, and many other states, require reporting at least annually to trust beneficiaries, if so requested. For lack of an alternative, many lawyers simply send beneficiaries a trust tax return or brokers statements. This is usually insufficient. We provide an alternative that helps fiduciaries manage the trust.

We work with you to develop a format that serves your needs. The uniqueness of each trust demands crafting reports specific to each situation.

Often providing a simple summary of the trust(s) will suffice. Most reports include both activity (sources and uses of assets, both monetary and physical) and statement of assets (e.g. investments, physical assets, businesses).

We also serve highly complex, multi-generational families. We regularly provide a top view, with detail by individual trust and even drill down to sub-advisor detail within an individual trust. Some reports include historical activity and asset information dating back almost 20 years.
